Situated in the mountains, the property is above the typical coastline fog. It is usually 3°C warmer than at the coast, but there is always a fresh breeze. It stretches over 3 levels in front, behind and beside the house, which offers a lot of space for groups to spread and many possibilities of scenery changes. One can spend days on site without doing the same thing twice. Also the bedrooms are situated in a manner that groups can spread out into main wing, guest wing and children's house. The entire property was renovated and refurbished from 2010 - 2012 with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, all-glass-showers or modern kitchen fittings while keeping the old style alive. Besides the kitchen and all bathrooms, both pools where completely redone with new tiles and chemical-free systems. There belongs a Boat in Puerto de Marbella to the property, which comes as an option. The house is located outside of Benalmadena Pueblo, 20 - 25 min. from Marbella 5 min. to the sea and 15 min. to the Malaga airport.
