Come and enjoy a fun keep fit routine to music with minimal impact on your body due to the beautiful nature of the water environment. Suitable for all ages, genders and fitness levels.

Classes are held at a beautiful indoor pool at Sunset Beach Hotel - Benalmádena.

Monday: 10:30
Thursday: 18:45
Each class is 45-60 minutes.

At Aqua Workout With Kelc, I offer a 45-60 minute full body water based group workout specifically designed to reduce body fat % and increase strength using resistance, cardio and HIIT training BUT with MINIMAL impact and strain on the body.
Suitable for all genders, ages (16+) and abilities!

Classes held at a beautiful indoor heated pool.

ONE class per week €10 or TWO classes per week €15. Booking in advance is necessary.
