Guys honestly, I know what it feels like to just not feel good in yourself. And there really is nothing worse.
To feel stressed, anxious, low in energy, disconnected from yourself… and knowing you probably need to do something, but not really knowing where to start.
That’s honestly why I created this 8-week private programme.
It’s not about pushing you or adding another thing to your already busy life. It’s about having someone there to guide you, support you, keep you accountable and help you feel as good as you possibly can.
And trust me when I say, this is what I love doing and I know I can help you 🧘♀️🌸🌱
Every session is completely tailored to you and where you’re at. We’ll use movement, yoga, breathwork and nervous system support, but more than anything, you’ll have my full support throughout the 8 weeks.
No experience needed because I’ll guide you each step of the way , You just have to be willing to start…
So if you’ve been saying to yourself, “I really need to do something for me”… maybe this is it.
If this might be something that interests you send me a message, at the moment I have availability online and in Barcelona.
Guys, honestly… it’s really not as complicated as we make it sometimes.
Get out of your own way.
Pick one thing that’s important to you. Plant the seed. Put one small step into place and just keep nurturing it every day 🌱 then one day it’s who you are
Then build another.
Don’t overwhelm yourself trying to change everything at once.
Plant the seed. Nurture it. Keep moving.
It’s really that simple 🌱🧘♀️🌸
Guys, I need your help 🌸
For a while now, I’ve been thinking about creating something that’s more than just a yoga class.
I love sharing the tools that have genuinely helped me, and I’d love to create a monthly self-growth circle where we can slow down, reflect, and support each other.
I’m imagining a space where we can move, breathe, meditate, journal, and have honest conversations. A space where we can explore what’s holding us back, learn practical tools to move forward, and remind ourselves that we don’t have to figure everything out alone.
I’d love to create monthly themes, with journaling prompts, guided reflections, Yoga Nidras, somatic movement, breathwork, little rituals, cards to work with, and even a workbook to help you keep growing between each circle.
My hope is that it becomes a space where you leave not only feeling calmer, but with tools and practices you can actually take into your everyday life.
If this is something you’d be interested in, I’d really love your help shaping it.
Head over to my stories, answer a few questions, and let me know what you’d love to see.

Here’s another reminder that investing in yourself is never a waste.
People think they’re signing up for a yoga class, but over time they realise they’re investing in so much more.
Feeling stronger in your body. A calmer mind. More patience. More confidence. Better sleep. A healthier relationship with yourself.
The hour you spend looking after yourself has a funny way of showing up in every other part of your life.
Thank you, Béatrice, for trusting me over the last few years. ❤️
I think the main point I’m trying to make here is that the only thing we can really control is ourselves.
We can’t control what people do, what happens around us, or how life unfolds. But we do get to choose how we respond, how we carry it, and what we do next.
That’s definitely easier said than done, and I’m still learning it myself. Some days I forget. But the more aware I become of it, the quicker I can catch myself before I spend days or weeks carrying something that’s only weighing me down.
It doesn’t mean pretending everything’s okay. It just means not letting one difficult moment steal your peace or take away from everything else that’s good.
A little reminder for myself as much as anyone else.
