More than just Yoga

I am a health coach & certified kundalini yoga teacher teaching private, small groups, open classes

I give classes out in the nature when the weather permit (on the beach, in Park Guinardó & Park Ciutadella) - & also indoor classes (Tatami studio & private). Both beginners and more advanced students are welcome to experience the benefits of Kundalini Yoga with me :)

First class is 5 euros, then 10 euros/class for the open classes ( I am also available for private classes)
