The Spain National Abu Dhabi World Professional will qualify competitors to compete at the 2015 Main Championship in Abu Dhabi sponsored by the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation
The first UAE Jiu-Jitsu Championship event was held in April of 2009 in Abu Dhabi at the Tennis Court Zayed Sports City. This event was held under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of A
bu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The Chairman of the Championship and Emirates Jiu Jitsu Team is His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Championship events were attended by the Crown Prince, HH Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed, HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Tahnoon, HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Mohamed and HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Mansour in 2010. The 2015 Abu Dhabi World Pro Jiu-Jitsu Championship (WPJJC) will consist of 35 National qualifying events being held around the globe. This insures the main championship event in Abu Dhabi will attract the best athletes in the sport. Las Pro España-Abu Dhabi clasificarán competidores para competir en el Campeonato de 2015 en Abu Dhabi, patrocinado por la Federeación de Jiu-Jitsu de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos. El primer Campeonato de Jiu-Jitsu de la UAE se celebró en abril de 2009 en Abu Dhabi, en la Pista de tenis de la Ciudad Deportiva de Zayed. Este evento se llevó a cabo bajo el patrocinio de Su Alteza el Jeque Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Príncipe Heredero de Abu Dhabi y Subcomandante Supremo de las Fuerzas Armadas de los EAU. El Presidente del Campeonato y del equipo de Jiu Jitsu de los Emiratos es Su Alteza el Jeque Zayed Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
