Will lifting weights make me bulky?

The short answer? No.

Think you need heavy weights to build muscle? Think again.

Light weights can absolutely help build muscle—when you train with intention.

For this exercise, we only use 1 kg weights. In fact, most people don't have the core strength to perform it with good form without any weights at all.

When your muscles start to struggle and you push them close to fatigue, they're being challenged. That's where progress happens.

🔥 Muscle is built by creating enough tension and reaching fatigue—not just by lifting the heaviest weight in the gym.

Train smart. Stay consistent. Build strength one rep at a time.
