Just returned from an extended stay in Poland — we were teaching PILATISTIC Master’s Degree Program—, and the Polish instructor Marta Szwałek Błaszczyk visits us in Barcelona!
Can’t get enough of the incredible Pilates Community in Poland! 🇵🇱🙏🏻💚

This isn’t Marta’s first time coming to PILATISTIC studio, however this was the first time in our new location.
Her beautiful soul and strong body brightened even more our Pilates home.

We are still riding the high from watching these incredible teachers push their limits over the last few days. They turned every “impossible” into “I’m possible” and proved that the best growth happens when we step into the unknown.

Teaching abroad at Pilates Conferences is always deeply rewarding and fulfilling for many reasons. But what makes our purpose feel especially meaningful is the chance to share our knowledge and inspire growth in places where access to certain educational opportunities may look different than in other parts of the world.

Our experience teaching congress in Brazil has left us with profound gratitude for every participant- who, with great humbleness and boundless curiosity, showed up to take in as much as possible and made the most of our time together. 🙏🏻🫶🏼
