The Gilgit-Baltistan Girls Football League is a women-led football league that has been run indigenously by the Shimshali Sisters; Sumaira Inayat & Karishma Inayat since 2018. It is Pakistan's first all-girls football tournament that happens every year in the 3rd quarter of the year in the mountainous valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan.
