Last week I completed my Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Weeks in Barcelona, and my heart is so full🤍✨

A huge thank you to our incredible teachers Judith Secanell / Movement Artist for sharing not only your knowledge, but also your stories, wisdom, kindness and energy throughout the week. You created such a safe space for learning, asking questions, reflecting and growing, thank you 🙏

It was a week filled with anatomy, practical teaching, deep conversations, understanding, deep meditation, laughter, emotions and blankets as bellies..all rooted in connection and shared learning.

This training taught me that pre and postnatal yoga is about so much more than movement. It’s about creating a space where women feel safe, supported, heard and empowered through one of the biggest transitions of their lives.

I’m so grateful for everything I learnt, and I’m so excited to soon begin offering these classes in Malta (once I find the perfect space, with all the props and a calm, welcoming environment that every expecting and new mum deserves 🙊)

My biggest takeaway from this week is simple: I want to help empower women throughout all stages of their journey, whatever that journey looks like, because every pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience is unique and worthy of care ✨💗

I can’t wait to put everything I’ve learnt into practice and build a welcoming community together🤍
