There’s something special about eating together. ✨
At Wild Warrior Yoga, nourishing meals are taken care of, so you don’t have to think about what you're going to eat.
Instead, there’s more time to learn, practise, rest and share a table with the people you’re learning alongside. 🥘🧘‍♀️
Because food is nourishment but it’s also connection.

Navigating the world of ‘wellness’, there are a lot of people promising a lot of things. The quicker you can get somewhere, often the more alluring the pull.
A caterpillar doesn’t turn into a butterfly overnight 🐛 and maybe, sometimes, it’s more fun to be a caterpillar 🤔

However half the magic at Wild Warrior Yoga happens in community. In the physical reality of being in the presence of others. Sharing space, food and thoughts.
I mean what a crazy time we live in when we have the need for an acronym like IRL. In a world increasingly attached and invested in technology a radical move is to live In Real Life. 🌴🤪

That September Sensation!
Kind of like a new year of sorts, as Summer slowly slinks away. It's the start of a seasonal change as we shift from the outward energy of Summer to the more introverted flavours of the colder months. And with that introversion often comes a desire to come back into alignment with yourself. Perhaps your routines, goals and dreams.
Our next season of retreats and courses starts this November.
Whether you need the space to figure out what to align yourself with or whether you've been thinking about studying yoga for a long time but have never taken the leap before, maybe this season is the perfect season to shift gears 🌸
