7th Lesson.
Drill: forhand control and precision
Court is dived in 3 zones.
The player is heating the ball crosscourt, in the midle and down the line repitedly.
We can see that the right hand is not extended enough mainly in the situation of semi high balls.
This is caused because of major tension in the arm as well because Delia used to be a table tennis player.
How ever there is very good foot work and positioning element and tendency of easy playing of top spin.

Third lesson..
Delia is doing amazing.
There is a space to aprove back swing and the position of the left hand.
As a former table tennis player she understands very well how the mechanics are working.
