Not everyone wants to do a headstand. And that’s absolutely fine.

But if you do want to get upside down, I’m here to help.

On the last day of our retreat, the group asked for a headstand session. So we gave it a go.

14 out of 14 achieved a headstand. 🙌

Some with more support than others, some taking a little more encouragement, but every single one got there. And the best part? The support, encouragement and cheering from their fellow retreaters.

Poor Alison wasn’t feeling well and missed the session, otherwise we’d have had the full house!

There’s something quite special about watching people try something they perhaps never thought they could do.

Because sometimes you just need a little guidance, a few yoga blocks… and a group of people telling you that you’ve got this.

And besides…

Life feels pretty great when you’re on your head. 🤸‍♀️
