On the Mat has been serving its role as a safe space in the wellness community in Egypt since 2011. Our offerings include a variety of yoga classes varying from power vinyasa , slow hatha flow, & yoga nidra. All our Teachers are certified by Yoga Alliance requirements.

Welcome to On- the-Mat Studio. On the Mat is a small, friendly studio tailored specially for those simply seeking a more quite, relaxing and friendly environment. Here are a few FAQs:
1. Our ongoing schedule will always be pinned to the top of our page.
2. Our location is: 5 Almorsaleen st, off Shagaret Eldor st, Zamalek, 1st floor.
3. No need to register for any class, just come 10 minutes before class time. Air Yoga is the only class that needs registration (through FB message or a call).
