Join us for an evening of deep stillness and sensory connection at Salam Farmhouse. Guided by Mariya, with live soundscapes by Lamiaa, this journey invites you to release tension and return to your center through ancient ritual and restorative frequencies.

Shake & Release: A physical practice to release held tension and reboot the nervous and hormonal systems, bringing freshness and vitality to the body.
Purifying Breathwork: "If you own your breath, no one can steal your peace." We will clear our energy channels to reclaim inner tranquility.
Tea Meditation: A Taoist-inspired ritual focused on clarity and the absence of unnecessary thoughts, connecting deeply with the spirit of the tea.
Sound Immersion: Drift into a state of greater awareness as the mind settles into the heart.
Nourishment: The evening concludes with light, nourishing snacks and community connection.
