As part of the Nawah Pre-Accelerator by Flat6Labs, supported by Google for Startups, our Palestinian-based founders dove deep into these exact themes during our recent 'Vibe Coding' and 'Revenue Model & Pricing' workshops.

Some of the key insights shared during the sessions included:

💭 AI is most powerful when it accelerates ex*****on, not when it replaces thinking. Successful founders use AI to plan, build, test, and iterate faster while staying in control of their vision and ex*****on.

💭 Great products don't automatically become great businesses. Understanding pricing, unit economics, cash flow, and profitability is essential for building a startup that can grow sustainably.

Over the past month, the Palestinian founders participating in Cycle 2 of the Nawah Pre-Accelerator Program by Flat6Labs, supported by Google for Startups, explored this question through a series of hands-on workshops:

• Value Prop, Problem–Solution Fit, ICP and Competition
• Business Model Canvas
• Product Validation Experiments & Early Testing
• Designing Your First MVP & Feature Prioritization (Kano)

Some of the key insights shared during the workshops:

💭 Don't start by building—start by learning. Testing assumptions early helps reduce risk, save resources, and move faster toward product-market fit.
💭 The problem you see isn't always the problem your customer feels. Dig deeper to understand what truly matters to them—and that's where meaningful solutions begin.

💭 The strongest ideas are backed by evidence, not assumptions. Experiment early, measure what matters, and let real user behavior guide your decisions.

💭 Building fast isn't enough—building the right thing is what matters. An MVP isn't about doing less; it's about learning faster. Ask. Build. Measure. Learn. Then repeat until you find what truly resonates with your users.
