Today I say thank you to my body - after one year without Freediving and Pooltraining I came back to Dahab..I had no idea or expectation how it will be in the water ..from the first session it’s pure magic, each dive is amazing I’m very grateful for that ..and with these positive feelings and no pressure I’m after a few sessions already at -49m🖤

Let the games begin - feel honored to be in such a big competition with athletes from all over the world 💪🏼I wish everybody good luck 🍀 Let's rock it together 🚀

problems on depth? loss of focus? loss of performances?
may be too much trainings!!
over training is a very common problem in our sport, remember to give enough resting time to your brain as well as your body, sometime a single day off is not enough!
play on a long race guys...remember that the turtles, at the end, always wins!! ;-)

OK, we did our best and now we really have to stop accepting any one! We extended to 39 athletes for depth for each day and we are more than full. Sorry for people asking from now on as also waiting list closed from now! The in-list has 24 Nationalities, feels like a mini-WC!!!!

ps, it would be lovely on the closing ceremony to give a big THANK YOU to the safety / judge crew as they accepted to have more athletes competing to help you enthousiasts entering the 9th REDCCUP! They will be in the water for you >9 hours on both depth days.....
