Приглашаю в Дахаб на глубинные тренировки и курсы. Любой уровень - от новичков до опытных фридайверов.

В недельной группе максимум 6 человек. Максимум 3 человека на буе.

3 дня ныряем на Лайтхаусе, 1 день отдых или экскурсии (по желанию), 3 дня ныряем в Блю Холле.

Индивидуальный подход к каждому участнику.

Независимо от вашего уровня, вы узнаете и научитесь чему-то новому. Мы будем обсуждать и тренировать все аспекты фридайвинга, которые позволят вам нырять комфортно и безопасно.

Каждый день будут теоретические занятия на проблемные и интересующие вас темы, растяжка тела, легких/диафрагмы, сухие тренировки продувки, обсуждение технических особенностей нырков.

Возможна сертификация при выполнении всех необходимых нормативов.

Стоимость:
400 евро/неделя.
Если хотите нырять больше одной недели - будет скидка.

Перелет, проживание, питание, экскурсии оплачиваются отдельно.

Today was last training day for Dongseok with us, one of our long term training program student. He knocked our door to improve his general freediving skills and ideally to prepare for the instructor course. We focused on the whole training routine including fitness, pool and dry training and repetitive dives. After 8 weeks, he comfortably achieved 40m both in FIM and CWTB, performing good mouthfill eq and relaxed freefall. Thank you for diving with us Dongseok! Hope you enjoyed training with us and good luck with the instructor course!

Anya was staying with us for more than a week for diving in the deep blue water and sunset yoga on the beach ☺️ It was nice to see her truly enjoying the relaxation both underwater and on land. Hope to see you again soon Anya! Thank you for sharing beautiful and calm energy with us!

Ahmed has been working hard for almost two weeks here in Dahab - diving two sessions a day, doing stretching and yoga, tons of dry mouthfill exercises, asking million questions about all aspects of freediving. His curiosity and passion to freediving is just incredible!
As a result he reached quite impressive depth of 61 meters improving his PB for about 15 meters.
We had a great time and hope to dive with you again soon!

When it comes to training, don’t be afraid of trying something new. Stay curious and keep learning. Every single detail matters.
