For now, let's be back to some basic in the pool, under the guidance of Académie Apnée Aquarius 🌈

Breathing, nothing could be more normal and natural, you might say. It's so obvious that we never stop to think about it, it's like blinking, swallowing, etc. We don't need to think about it. However, every time we are afraid, stressed, or in pain, we become breathless and stop breathing. Over time, we lose our normal breathing rhythm. Who hasn't experienced this unsettling sensation? Not only does it seem like we can't breathe, but our whole being becomes uncontrollable. We have to stop, sit down, and slowly catch our breath. At that moment, it's important to reprogram the brain to resume its normal breathing rhythm.
That's why we should take time to think about breathing.

The beauty of it, comes by learning freediving. We stop the breath. We learn about the mind, the body, the spiritual state, the experience that can bring and overall, the power of it.

Summer is almost here !

Here, in Dahab, the conditions for the summer are at the best time of the year!
Air and water are the same temperature, we use mainly wetsuit to be protected for looooonng session and the sun!

Did you know we have an amazing playground in the bay of Light house ?
It's perfect for everyone !!

Courses, coaching dry/water, fun sessions, sea adventures are available ! Us instructors are there to make your aquatic experience pleasant!
