Sunday’s afternoon classes

beginner class @6:30 pm


Deep stretch flow @7:30 pm
Where you can lengthening and stretching the Muscles. The flow is very helpful for athletes and for yoga students who are looking to open up their bodies.

Neck, shoulders & back pain relief flow @ 8:30 pm
concentrating on releasing the stressed muscles of the entire spine by performing a group of asanas targeting relaxing those muscles and eliminating the aggravated pain on such parts because of the hectic life, muscles weakness and bad posture.

Classes description 👇

*New pie’s flow*
flowing slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. Alignment, Meditation and Pranaymana (breath work) techniques are taught to promote relaxation. Class concludes with Restorative Yoga postures which settle the body and mind.

Ashtanga Mysore
Ashtanga vinyasa Mysore self-practice is the traditional way of practising ashtanga yoga and offers a highly personalised approach without the price tag attached to one-to-ones, and with all of the group energy of a conventional class. Here, you will be addressed by name, the teacher will know your practice inside out, and best of all this "class" is quiet – there's very little talking and no new age music.
you can drop into a Mysore session at any time between 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM close time 8:30 PM For beginners, this could be half an hour, and for the more advanced up to an hour and 45 minutes. It is a wonderful way for beginners and advanced practitioners alike to develop a self-practice that you can then take anywhere.

teachers do not lead the students through the sequence with generalized instructions or demonstrations. Instead, experienced students turn up and get on with it. Complete beginners are taught the sun salutations and then the first few postures of the standing sequence. When they have learnt this, the teacher adds a new posture when he or she feels you have memorized the sequence so far and you are competent (in so far as you can ever be competent) in it. And if you forget, the teacher is there to help you.

Classes description 👇

*Morning Rising Flow
It is a Vinyasa class that focuses on the body to realize negative emotions, energises the body, and also awakes the nervous system.

*Mindful monkeys:
Bring your little ones to learn to love Yoga through Fun and Play.

* Vinyasa flow "Vinyasa" means the movement between asanas with breathing. The classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath.

*Yin Yoga
is a gentle slow-paced style of yoga. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body: the hips, pelvis, inner thighs & lower spine. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
These deep stretches are beneficial for releasing tension, lengthening tissues & muscles, and calming the mind.

* MANDALA FLOW YOGA

**A fun and creative yoga flow sequence that opens & strengthens the entire body, heart, mind & spirit.is based on a Mandala circular rotation around the mat, A Mandala means a circular pattern, whether this is an arm rotation or a circular rotation of yourself around the mat . The benefits of this particular type of practice are several: on the physical level there is an increased circulation of synovial Fluid in the Joints of both the lower and upper body . On the emotional and mental plane it is also important to keep things moving and flowing in all directions.
60 minutes class - All levels are welcome

*Vinyasa
Inspired by Ashtanga yoga's primary series, this class focuses on standing postures and forward folds.

*Beginner Backbends
This class focuses on beginner backbends through exercises that deepen flexibility gradually.

*Strength and Flexibility class
mixing between working on the muscles in a certain way to make them stronger in order to get more strength, in addition to increasing the joint range of motion to achieve flexibility

*Sweet dreams flow
Do you know that breathing naturally slows the heart rate, lowers blood pressure and induces a deep state of relaxation, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. By the end, it improves the sleeping quality

*Free Flow
is a non linear, yoga based movement class that focuses on cultivating a mind-body connection and emotional awareness. The class is a mixture of meditation, breath work and energizing movement.
