Today is THE day I’ve been dreaming about for years!

I finally took the Zumba Sentao training with the incredible, powerhouse .nohafathy and I’m still riding the energy!

This training was only offered at Zincon, and ever since I joined a virtual Sentao class with during COVID (because no one teaches it in Egypt!), I promised myself: the moment I make it to Zincon, I’m taking this training.

And guess what? I DID IT. 🙌

I’m beyond proud to be one of the very first instructors in Egypt to take this training live in Cairo, and I cannot wait to bring this fire to my first class!

I finally made it to Italy 🇮🇹🤩 — the country that’s been sitting at the very top of my bucket list for quite some time! But this trip wasn’t just about ticking off a dream destination—it was about taking a bold leap out of my comfort zone, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

For the first time ever, I traveled solo. It was a mix of excitement and nerves, especially when I decided to share a room with a total stranger. But what started as a risk ended with me gaining a new friend, a travel buddy and memories that I’ll treasure forever. Love you ♥️

Italy completely stole my heart. The food, the warm people, the vibrant energy, and yes, the gelato 🫠 - everything was beyond my wildest dreams.

From there, I headed to Switzerland, where I indulged in the most delicious Swiss chocolate and soaked in the breathtaking beauty of its cities.

Every moment of this trip reminded me that taking risks and embracing the unknown can lead to the most extraordinary experiences. Thank you for making my trip extra special 🙏🏻

And while this adventure may have ended, my love for Italy hasn’t. I’m already planning to go back to explore more cities, dive deeper into its beauty, and fall in love with this incredible country all over again.

Yesterday, I had my very first Zumba Kids class, and I must admit, I was filled with anxiety about whether I would be able to keep up, if the children would have fun, and if I might overlook any important aspects of the class. However, it turned out to be an incredible experience that exceeded all my expectations.

My love for children shines through in moments like these, and I truly enjoy the time I get to spend with them. Being in that environment made me feel youthful and carefree, as if I were one of them, dancing and laughing without a care in the world.

This experience reaffirmed my passion for Zumba and reminded me of the reasons I was drawn to it in the first place.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me and for all the support and encouragement throughout my journey.

Imagine the sensation of being transported back in time, as you stroll through the majestic halls of the Grand Egyptian Museum. Dressed in your elegant night gown, you can’t help but feel a sense of royalty, as if you were a queen from the era of the pharaohs. ♥️
