After eight months,the Five to Thrive Leadership Journey has come to an inspiring close.
It has been a true privilege to design and facilitate this transformational leadership program for the leaders and Executive Committee of .

The journey concluded with a certification ceremony and an immersive leadership simulation designed by Beyond Corporates to bring months of learning into practice, challenging participants to apply their insights, leadership skills, and decision-making in a realistic business environment.
Over the course of the program, participants engaged in a comprehensive development experience that combined leadership assessments, one-on-one executive coaching, and experiential workshops. Together, we explored the foundations of self-leadership before expanding into leading high-performing teams, fostering coaching cultures, and navigating today’s dynamic business environment.
Built on the principles of Positive Psychology, the Enneagram, and coaching as a leadership style, the program aimed to develop leaders who are not only capable of delivering results but also of creating environments where people can thrive.
What made this journey truly exceptional was the openness, curiosity, and commitment demonstrated by every participant.

Team Bonding Retreat…It was a very engaging and interactive experience leading the protocol team through learning of the Enneagram to enhance self-awareness and team cohesion.
A very diverse group that brought a lot of wisdom and deep reflections to the learning space.

This journey comes to an end.
Over the past month, I have had the privilege of designing and delivering an Executive Leadership Journey for the Executive Committee of Egypt.
This was more than a series of workshops. It was a comprehensive leadership development experience that combined assessments, experiential learning, reflection, and executive coaching to support leaders in deepening their self-awareness, strengthening their leadership impact, and leading with greater intention.

Together, we explored powerful leadership themes, including:
-Leadership through the Enneagram: understanding motivations, strengths, blind spots, communication styles and growth paths.
-Leadership Wellbeing: recognizing that sustainable performance starts with the wellbeing of the leader, supported by emotional intelligence, a positive mindset, and intentional energy management.
-Leadership Shadow: uncovering unconscious patterns and behaviors that can either enhance or limit leadership effectiveness.
-Psychological Safety: creating environments where trust, openness, learning, and innovation can thrive.
-Leader as Coach: developing coaching skills that empower individuals and teams to unlock their potential and take greater ownership.

What made this journey truly special was the openness, curiosity, vulnerability, and commitment demonstrated by the Executive Committee throughout the process. Thank you for your trust, engagement, and willingness to challenge yourselves and one another in the service of growth.

It was a pleasure collaborating with corporate throughout this journey.

Spending 3 inspiring days with the incredible women of at the SHINE BRIGHT ⭐️ Retreat in Taba was truly an amazing experience.
I had the pleasure of facilitating the retreat workshops, where we explored how to build a strong personal brand in a professional context and how women can strengthen their presence with greater confidence, authenticity, and impact while staying aligned with their values.

I had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop at Danone in celebration of International Women’s Day, where we explored this year’s inspiring theme: “Give to Gain.”

Giving support, sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and lifting people around us doesn’t diminish our impact; it actually multiplies it. Leadership is not about holding power, it’s about creating value for others, and that’s where the “Give to Gain” mindset truly shines.
We also talked about the women’s advantage in leadership. Many women naturally bring strengths that modern leadership deeply needs: empathy, collaboration, resilience, the ability to build trust, and the talent for bringing diverse voices into the conversation. These qualities don’t just make teams perform better they make organizations thrive.
But one important message we discussed is that leadership starts with self-leadership. Before we can lead others, we must believe in our own voice, step into our strengths, and allow ourselves to take space at the table. When women invest in their own growth and confidence, they unlock the ability to lead with authenticity and purpose.

To all the incredible women: your voice, perspective, and leadership matter. Step forward, take the opportunity, support one another, and don’t wait for permission to lead. The more we give to ourselves, to each other, and to our organizations, the more we all gain.
