ELLAN is a LLP project funded by the European Commission. It is higher education institutions collaborative and networking project, includes 28 partners.
Europe faces severe population ageing in the near future. A new vision of ageing and promotion of positive possibilities in older age is needed. It is time to say that ELLAN project is now completed - the evaluation from EACEA approved the final report and evaluation was very good. We knew that the project was excellent, however, it was good to have an official recognition. Thank you for all the partners. It is good to remember that work continues: it is important that the results will be benefited in developing the education of social and health care professionals related to ageing issues.

The final report of ELLAN was completed and sent to EACEA today!
The ELLAN project ended at the end of September, 2016. All the results will be found on the website of ELLAN.
The main ouput, European Core Competences Framework for Social and Health Professionals Working with Older People (ECCF) is found on the website on 20 different languages.

Ellan final meeting going on (20-23 June 2016) in 23NKG congress in Tampere, Finland. The results will be presented in a symposium on Wednesday at 11.00.
