Integral part of Body-Mind Centering® training at Somaatikum is nature – breathing, being, moving and learning with the more-than-human kin. Being closer to the living world supports the experience of our own liveliness and our felt understanding of co-existence. And.. well.. the views ain’t bad either!🌻🦋 At the backdrop you can see our main studio hall, just a 1 min walk from the communal house.

Bodies are getting ready to brush off the remnants of winter, sleepiness is subsiding, the senses awakening, and the intention is ready to be set. Will you be at Somaatikum this summer?

Summers at Somaatikum are always special in their own right but this summer was especially unique for it was the *first* time our team held the Somatic Movement Educator certification courses and SME Graduation Ceremony.
