Still feeling so full of love 💜
Thank you to my Fitness Family, my friends, my family, and everyone near and far for the beautiful birthday wishes, heartfelt messages, cards, surprises, and generosity. My birthday was January 8th, and I’m still smiling from all the love that poured in all week.
To my LA Fitness crew, my Synergy Fitness family, and everyone who shows up, sweats with me, supports me, and celebrates life with me — THANK YOU. You truly make what I do so special.
Last week’s birthday surprise meant more to me than you know, and today’s packed class reminded me once again why I love this community so much.
