Boys trip to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 We came to surf… and ended up falling in love with the sport. 🌊🏄‍♂️ A huge thank you to Oleg, who drove us across the country, shared Dominican culture with us, and introduced us to Ruslan, the founder of “La Preciosa” - the first Russian surf camp in the Dominican Republic. Founded nearly 25 years ago, it has helped countless people discover the magic of surfing in this beautiful country. Our instructors, Ruslan and Nikita, were incredible. 🙌 You can always tell when a teacher truly loves what they do - and we felt it from day one. We started by learning the fundamentals on the sand, then practiced in the pool, and finally put everything to the test in the ocean. We were lucky enough to experience three amazing surf spots: 🌊 La Estrada — a beautiful beach where it was just us and the waves. The perfect place to learn the basics of this amazing sport. 🌊 La Preciosa — a spectacular break that gave the surf camp its name. This was a true test of endurance and skill, requiring a long paddle far into the ocean to reach the best waves. Without a doubt, the toughest day of the trip. 🌊 Orchid Beach — another breathtaking location that became our final exam. 💪 Here we faced bigger waves, ranging from 1 to 1.5 meters, and put everything we had learned into practice. And the best part - we lucked out - we were the only surfers on the water every time. 🏝️A journey to remember. [… continues in comments]

It was such a unique experience for a group of guys coming from the United States.
