When we stare at screens, we blink less, our eyes dry out faster, and our brain misses those natural micro-breaks.
So today, try this:
Blink slowly on purpose.
Look away from your screen.
Go outside and look at nature β leaves, trees, clouds, waves.
Your eyes need movement.
Your brain needs natural patterns.

Directions for use
Decoction of the leaves, stems, and green fruits (30 g per liter; 3 cups a day) is used in the treatment of diabetes and rheumatic pain.
For internal use, it is recommended to start with a low dose (15 g per liter, 3 cups a day) and gradually increase the amount while monitoring blood sugar levels.
Crushed leaves and stems can be used as a poultice or prepared by maceration (30 g per liter of water) and applied as a wash to treat skin conditions.
Warnings
Do not use this plant, especially the fruit, during pregnancy (it may cause miscarriage) or if trying to become pregnant (it may have contraceptive effects).
There is also a risk of severe hypoglycemia (which may lead to coma) in children or when used together with other antidiabetic medications. High doses should be avoided.
