Yoga wasn’t something Reizel discovered.
It became something she relied on.
After years of living with anxiety, insomnia, and an overactive mind, yoga became a tool for finding calm, presence, and balance.
Now, she shares that experience with others.
Because sometimes movement is about more than mobility or strength.
Sometimes it’s about finding your way back to yourself.
LUMÉ
LUMÉ Gym. The World’s First Circadian Gym.
Modern life has changed the way we live.
We spend most of our time indoors, disconnected from the environments our bodies were designed for.
The Biomechanics Zone is built with human biology in mind. From natural light and activating aromas to functional movement, every detail is designed to help you move with purpose and perform at your best.
Because great training doesn’t start with more effort.
It starts with the right environment.
Why did we build LUMÉ?
To find a solution to the modern indoor epidemic, with the consequence that we now spend, on average, roughly 95% of our lives indoors.
Human biology wasn’t designed for that.
That’s why we built LUMÉ with 100% natural, sunlight-regulated light, natural antibacterial materials, aroma, and 40 different plants to purify the air and create a more natural indoor climate.
Our founder, , sat down with in Berlin to chat about fascia and how it responds to our environment.
You don’t have to come every day.
You just might want to.
At LUMÉ, training is only part of the experience. It’s a place to feel at home, move, recover, slow down, and return to what your body needs.
When a space feels good to be in, consistency comes naturally.
Calm is something you practise.
Every cold plunge is a chance to practise steady breathing, focus, and composure under stress—skills that extend far beyond the water.
A simple ritual that supports both body and mind.
Modern life asks us to be “on” all the time.
That’s why recovery deserves its own space.
Whether it’s floating, red light therapy, PEMF, or simply a quiet room to breathe, recovery is more than a break. It’s an investment in how you move, perform, and feel every day.
Built to recover. Ready to perform.

What actually happens during Red Light Therapy?
At a cellular level, specific wavelengths of near-infrared light are absorbed by the mitochondria — often referred to as the powerhouses of the cell.
The mitochondria use this light to support ATP production, the primary form of cellular energy.
More available energy may help cells perform their functions more efficiently, including repair, recovery, and adaptation.
This is why Red Light Therapy is often used to support recovery, circulation, tissue health, and overall cellular function.
Recovery starts at the cellular level.
Yin Yoga is not about pushing harder.
It’s about creating space.
By holding postures for longer periods, Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues while inviting the nervous system into a state of recovery and downregulation.
The result?
Improved mobility.
Reduced tension.
Greater calm.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down.
Join us for Yin Yoga at LUMÉ.
A space to slow down → Restore energy.
And give your nervous system room to reset.
