There's something special about standing on the dock in Portugal early morning, mist over the water, watching a rower find their glide. That's where Eric and I started this journey – at our sculling camp, where technique gets refined down to the smallest detail, and where the little adjustments truly make a difference.
12 weeks of training followed, built on the same principles we use at Rojabo.com, with close dialogue and continuous adjustments along the way. He stood on top of the podium in Krefeld as German champion.
This is the kind of moment I love my work for.
