This year, I finally had the chance to experience the Masters Of Calm . And honestly, I’m still carrying all the beautiful emotions I gathered there.

I was amazed by everything – the peaceful pine forest, the festival’s unique atmosphere, inspiring practices, diverse talks, and the magic of live music.

But most of all, I am grateful for the people I met.
With some, we simply exchanged smiles.
With others, we shared deep conversations.
And with a few, genuine connections were born.

It’s a place where freedom can truly be felt.
Where creativity unfolds, the mind becomes quieter, inner well-being grows, perspectives shift, and meaningful connections are created – with nature, with others, and, most importantly, with yourself.

I left feeling inspired, deeply grateful, and reminded of how important it is to truly experience life !

Thank you for this beautiful experience.
Until next time. 💚

I deeply love symbols and the meanings they carry.

To me, the rose is a symbol of the Self — inner harmony, femininity, wholeness, and the journey toward one’s true essence.

This weekend, I immersed myself in the beauty and fragrance of roses at Peter’s Garden in Denmark. tells the story of roses from all around the world, with more than 800 different varieties.

For me, these roses brought fresh creative ideas and inspiration that I will carry into my creative practices

And yet, I believe that our creative inspiration and inner answers often come in the simplest ways — through a scent, a color, a shape, or a moment when we allow ourselves to simply be.

I believe our everyday life needs three things:

creativity,
coziness,
and mindful connection.

Not only on special occasions, but in simple evenings, at home, in relationships, and within the family!

🍋 Creativity helps us listen to ourselves.
🍊 Coziness changes how we feel in our space.
🍇 Mindful connection allows us to be together not only
physically, but truly.

This is exactly what I create through CREATIVE VISUAL mindfulness practices for couples, individuals, families, and small groups.

💌 If you would like to experience this for yourself or with your loved ones, send me a message. 📩

I want to create, but sometimes I HIDE BEHIND LEARNING.
And today I saw that very clearly!

One part of me feels proud.
The other feels a little ashamed.

For some people, social media feels natural.
For others, it is a real headache.

I feel a strong desire to create, share and speak about what matters to me. But I also realised that not knowing how to manage it all has been stopping me.

So I took one course. Social Media and AI.

Then another one. Google Digital Marketing and E-Commerce.

And then I caught myself thinking:

Does this mean I know enough now?
Or am I still waiting to feel “ready”?

THE TRUTH is that while I was studying, I slowed down my work and my creativity.

And I realised something uncomfortable…

Learning can sometimes become a hiding place.

“I am studying, so the other work can wait.” - I said.

It sounds responsible.
But sometimes it is just a very convenient way to postpone action!

Because collecting knowledge is often easier than putting it into practice.

And this is where my inner dilemma appears.

I help people, through a conscious creative process, to see old beliefs, release fears and discover a new way of looking at themselves and their situation.

But it turns out that I still live with my own fears too.
And that is human.

So today I choose to change.

Not when everything is perfect.
Not when I know all the answers.
Not when the discomfort disappears.

This time, I choose the path of imperfection.

To do it with mistakes.
To learn in the process.
To stop hiding behind another course.
And most importantly, to move forward by doing!

The knowledge is useful.
But now it has to become action.

If you still read this, I appreciate a lot!
If this feeling is familiar to you too — “when you really want something, but something inside is holding you back” — share with me how you’re dealing with it. 💛

I BELIEVE more and more that we help each other grow.
We inspire each other.
We support each other.
We remind each other that we do not need to be perfect to begin!

This is also what I seek to create through Neuro Me by Ruta. 🪷
