du ved godt, du burde træne. At vide det har bare aldrig været nok til at få dig af sted.
En af grundene er, at mange er blevet lært, at træning skal føles ubehageligt for at virke. Høje gentagelser, korte pauser, helt smadret bagefter. Som om ubehaget er beviset på, at det er effektivt. Ikke så mærkeligt, at folk falder fra.
Sandheden er, at træning kan være effektiv og udfordrende og samtidig føles god. Og når den gør det, kommer du igen, ikke af pligt, men fordi du har lyst.
Det er faktisk så simpelt.
Det kan bare være svært at gøre alene.
Derfor eksisterer vi.

new exercises feel exciting for a single workout. Getting stronger at a simple set of exercises feels good for years.
A bit of variation is fine, and we’ll change things on the day if something feels off or you can’t do what was planned.
But you get the best results from doing most of the same exercises every week. Give it at least 12 weeks. That’s usually how long it takes before you know an exercise well enough to know exactly how much weight to use and for how many reps, so you can really build from there.
Training with us is still exciting. But the fun comes from the coaching and getting to know you, not from throwing new exercises at you every week.
Our job is to make you stronger, not just keep you entertained.

faste tider lyder mere krævende end fleksible tider, hvor du selv skal booke.
I virkeligheden er det faktisk det modsatte.
Så længe du ikke forpligter dig til mere end du rent faktisk kan holde.
Er det en gang om ugen? Så er det en gang om ugen.
Det handler ikke om at træne så meget som muligt, men om at gøre det du kan, uge efter uge.
