Apparently, taking your desires too seriously comes with side effects. 😂🔥

More aliveness.
More pleasure.
More creativity.
More courage.
More intimacy.
More desire.

And a lot less willingness to make yourself smaller.

I didn’t set out to create a life with “too much” fire.

I just started listening to my body.

Taking my desires seriously.

Following what felt alive.

And allowing myself to want more.

Eight years later, I’m still discovering what happens when a woman stops dimming herself.

And the most surprising part?

It seems to be contagious.😏

That’s why I’m creating Feminine Fire — a FREE 5-day experience for women who are curious about what might happen when they start feeling their own fire again.

September 13–17. ❤️‍🔥

Come catch it.

I think we rush past so much pleasure because we’re already thinking about the next moment.

The next sip.
The next message.
The next touch.
The next kiss.

But there is a whole world in the space before.

Try it today.

Before you drink your coffee or matcha, pause for a moment.🍵

Before you touch someone you love, feel the anticipation.🤍

Before you kiss, stay there for one breath longer.🫦

Not because you have to hold yourself back.

But because you don’t have to rush toward pleasure to experience it.

Sometimes the anticipation is delicious too.❤️‍🔥

Mind the gap.

I don’t think the answer is always more information.

Most of us already know so much.

We know the patterns.
We know the language.
We know what we “should” do.

But knowing something is not the same as living it.

And healing was never meant to become a place we live forever.

At some point, the work becomes less about endlessly fixing yourself…

and more about what becomes available when you stop hiding.✨

More pleasure.
More desire.
More intimacy.
More courage.
More receiving.
More expression.
More life moving through your body.

The juicy things you secretly want — deeper intimacy, full-body pleasure, energy or***ms, feeling alive in your feminine fire — are not “too much.”🔥

They are not separate from healing.

They can be part of what healing makes possible.🤩

When your body feels safe enough to open.

When your voice feels free enough to tell the truth.

When your desire is no longer something you shame, shrink or hide.

When intimacy becomes a place where you get to be more of yourself, not less.

That is the space I love to work in.

Not dragging you across the gap between knowing and living.

But helping you EXPERIENCE THE CROSSING.❤️

Through the body.
Through breath.
Through intimacy.
Through pleasure.
Through honest, practical experiments that move the work into your actual life.

Because I don’t want healing to become your identity.

I’m interested in what becomes possible when you feel MORE ALIVE.

If you’re curious about working together, you can explore my offers or book a free call through the link in my bio.

Maybe you don’t need another thing to understand.

Maybe you’re ready to experience what you already know. ❤️‍🔥

Always lean toward love.🤍

I’m Heidi Mirella — a coach and writer researching love, vulnerability, intimacy, jealousy, sexuality, shame, and the things we often hide from the people we love.

But more than anything, I’m interested in what happens INSIDE US in real moments.

Not who we think we should be.

Not how healed we think we should feel.

But what is actually true.

What happens when someone we love triggers us?

When jealousy rises.

When desire appears.

When we’re afraid of losing someone.

When we want something we’re ashamed to admit.

When we know the “healthy” response…
but that’s not what we’re actually feeling.

Because I’ve learned that you can understand your patterns and still repeat them.🤷‍♀️

You can know all the right words and still hide.🫣

You can be deeply self-aware and still abandon yourself.😔

And sometimes, healing isn’t about understanding yourself better.

It is about becoming willing to STAY CLOSE ENOUGH TO YOURSELF TO HEAR THE TRUTH.❤️

✨So one of the things I say to my clients is:

Don’t believe what I say.
Do your own HUMAN EXPERIMENT.

Try something.

Notice what happens.

Get curious.

Find out what is true for you.

That’s how I’ve learned too.

Not by figuring myself out once and for all.

But by staying curious enough to keep discovering myself.

This is the work I’m here to do:😍
to bring more honesty, curiosity and depth to the places where love, intimacy, desire, shame and vulnerability meet.

Welcome. 🤍

Always lean toward love.

Maybe you don’t look like someone who is hiding.

Maybe you’re functioning.
Loving.
Working.
Holding everything together.
Taking care of everyone.
Doing what needs to be done.

But underneath all of that…

HOW MUCH OF YOU IS ACTUALLY BEING SEEN?

So many women learn to hide in ways that look responsible, loving, strong, independent, easy, low-maintenance, understanding.

We hide our feelings.
Our needs.
Our desires.
Our truth.
Our vulnerability.

Not because we are weak.

Because somewhere along the way, HIDING BECAME PROTECTION.

And what once protected you can eventually become the very thing that keeps you from fully living.

You can become so good at being easy to love that you DISAPPEAR FROM YOURSELF.

✨This is the STOP HIDING MOVEMENT. ✨

A space for women learning to come home to themselves.

To love without self-abandonment.
To be vulnerable without losing themselves.
To create intimacy without performing.
To lead without becoming someone they’re not.

HEALING BEGINS WHERE HIDING ENDS.❤️

And if something in you exhaled reading this…
Welcome. 🤍

Always lean toward love.

I didn’t expect a flu to teach me something about myself.

When I first got sick, I tried to keep going.

I had work to do, plans to follow, things I wanted to achieve.

Eventually my body won.

I went to bed and, for hours, simply stayed with what I could feel — my sinuses, throat, lungs, breath.

I stopped trying to fix it and just did gentle breathwork sending healing energy to those places.

And then something shifted.

I surrendered into a state of such deep peace that the only word that came to me was nirvana.

Nothing to achieve. Nothing to fix. Nowhere else to be.

Just being completely with what was here.

Of course, my inner critic came back afterwards:
You should be working. You should be doing more.

And I realized this is the practice.

Not staying peaceful forever.

But noticing when I start fighting what is here — and finding my way back.

Who am I when I cannot be the Heidi I know myself as?

I’m still finding out.

🤍 Always Lean Toward Love.

For years, I believed the next step in my business was to become less available.

Raise my prices.
Scale.
Replace 1:1 with group programs.
Create more passive income.

I understand why so many coaches choose that path.

Our expertise has value.
Transformation has value.
And businesses need to be sustainable.

But over the years, I’ve realised something that changed how I want to build my own business.

People don’t only come to coaching for strategies or breakthroughs.

Many come because, perhaps for the first time in their lives, someone truly sees them.

Someone listens without trying to fix them.

Someone sits with them in the uncomfortable
moments instead of rushing them through.

That human experience has value too.

When I returned from Japan this summer, I made a decision.

Instead of giving my existing 1:1 clients less access to me...

I gave them more.

Not because it’s the most scalable business strategy.

Because it feels deeply aligned with the kind of coach—and the kind of human—I want to be.

I still believe in creating courses and programs that make transformation accessible to more people.

But I also believe that our presence is not something to move away from as quickly as possible.

Sometimes the greatest transformation begins when someone finally feels safe enough to stop hiding.

Healing begins where hiding ends. 🤍

When we think about healing, we often imagine better relationships - with self and others.

I did too.

What surprised me most was this:

The more I stopped hiding...
the more opportunities seemed to find me.✨

Not because I became fearless.

Because I became more willing to be seen.

Every honest conversation.

Every uncomfortable ”yes.”

Every step outside my comfort zone quietly expanded my world.

Maybe the life you’re dreaming about isn’t waiting for you to become more confident or figure out and explain each feeling you have.

Maybe it’s waiting for you to stop hiding.
