Another trip around the sun and I’m entering this next chapter with a heart full of love♥️

For the future, I’m just going to manifest way more fresh handpicked coconuts with azure blue water in the background and of course big smiles🌴🥥😜

Let’s see what this next chapter of life has in store for me. And let’s just agree, that age is just a number 😎

Sometimes a scene change and a shift of perspective is all we need to see and understand ourselves more clearly - and without even noticing the smiles suddenly becomes bigger, the laughter louder and it streams directly from your heart ♥️ Gratitude is so big that it brings tears to your eyes and you feel alive with your whole being 📸 @joanna_maja🫶🏼

How often have you been angry at your body, talking negatively to it and wanted it to be different, to look different …
Your body don’t deserve that,
your body deserves endless of touch, connection and love🤍

I am letting each practice
