From August 13–16, we are excited to welcome one of the world’s most accomplished Jiu-Jitsu competitors and instructors, Leo Vieira, to Arte Suave in Copenhagen!

Leo “Leozinho” Vieira is a multiple-time ADCC Champion, IBJJF World Champion, co-founder of Checkmat BJJ, and head instructor at Checkmat HQ in Long Beach, California.

Throughout his career, Leo has coached some of the world’s best grapplers, including Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida, Lucas Leite, João Assis, Adam Wardzinski, Matheus Gabriel, Gabriel Almeida, and many more.

The camp includes:

Det er muligt, at vandet bliver åbnet igen tidligere end angivet.

🚲 Vigtig info om cykelparkering

Det er ikke tilladt at parkere cykler ved Performance Gym-indgangen, da området er en brandvej.

Det gælder begge sider af garageporten.

Alle cykler skal parkeres ved cykelstativerne ved GMC-hovedindgangen.

Vi beder jer venligst om at overholde dette, så vi undgår at skulle låse garageporten fremover.

Arte Suave Summer Party at Riga Boden

After last years success we are once again having our summer party at Riga Boden in Vesterbro.
The date this year will be Saturday, 11th of July. We encourage everyone to come early and get a spot, as we are not able to reserve seats.
Whether this is your first month at Arte Suave or if you have trained with us for years, you are more than welcome to join. You can look forward to a relaxed afternoon and evening of cold drinks, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages at Riga Boden, which is a hot spot for Copenhagen during the summer. As for food there are a lot of takeaway options in the area, and you can freely eat your food at Riga. Also, we will get a discount on beverages, just mention in the bar that you are from Arte Suave!
You can join for a long or short a while as you like, and feel free to bring a friend or partner as well.
