There are many Reformer teacher trainings out there, and I know choosing one can be a difficult decision.
So I wanted to share why I designed this training the way I did.
Before founding InFlowMotion, I spent over nine years teaching Reformer Pilates and, in more recent years, educating aspiring instructors through teacher training.
At the same time, my career was in biomedical research, where I completed a PhD and taught university students. Those experiences continue to shape the way I teach and the way this training was designed.
To me, great instructors aren't defined by how many exercises they can teach. They're defined by how well they understand movement, apply exercise science, communicate clearly, adapt to the individual in front of them and make thoughtful decisions throughout every class.
That thinking shaped every part of this 100-hour Reformer Teacher Training. Every module, workshop and practical session was designed with one goal in mind: to help you become a knowledgeable, adaptable and confident instructor.
Throughout the training, we explore anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, motor learning, cueing, class planning and adaptations, alongside plenty of supervised teaching practice, so you develop the confidence and judgement to teach real people, not just exercises.
If you're wondering whether this training is the right fit for you, feel free to send me a message, I’d love to hear from you 🩷
