📝 Rules & format - WESTIN WORLD CUP 🏆️

6 teams representing their home country fight for the Westin World Cup to determine which is the BEST country!
Each team can only bring pike to their scoreboard catching on their own country color , plus during the Special Hour when they are handed 2 other country colors.

🎣 They need to get 4 pike on the scoreboard with a minimum length of 60cm.

❌🚤 ONLY shore/bank/wade fishing is allowed!

🌍️Each time has to fish within their own national borders
(Exception: Germany, due to local legislation preventing competition fishing)

⏱️ Special hour: One time per day teams can chose to start their special hour, where they will be handed 2 secret colors of Westin World Cup Swims. A pike caught on one of these colors during the special hour will add 20 extra points to the scoreboard.

📉 Stealing points: Each team can decrease any other teams points by catching a pike on their national country color.
Example: Team Sweden uses the German color Swim and catches a pike = minus 20 points for Germany.
This can be done maximum 3x per team, before another team has to be targeted. Further, the pike caught does NOT count towards the own scoreboard.

In some waters fishing in the dark completely dominates the zander catches, the fish are more active and the bites are harder. Here is Radek Filip with a stunning zed outsmarted on a 12.5 cm Bull T**z that he presented with a 7-28 gram W6 Powerteez rod and 0.165 mm W10 Orchid Purple Braid on the reel.

Luc Coppens was fishing for pike among the weeds in shallow water when this impressive 90+ zander took his lure.
- I don’t mind a surprise like this, and it was actually my first 90 cm zander caught when casting, he says.
Luc was using the heavy artillery and was fishing with a W8 Monsterstick-T, a W6 BaitCaster HD and a 25 cm Ricky The Roach Inline when he got the big zander.
