No More Silence
I’ve survived a toxic relationship, manipulation, and gaslighting. For years, I doubted my worth and my voice, but I’m finally reclaiming my peace.
I’m sharing my journey here, and showing that healing from Narcissistic abuse is possible.

You Said It Was Love
You said it was allergies
That’s what you told me for years
Blood stains on the pillowcases while I was drowning in tears
Open sores on your arms
Picking holes into your skin
And I loved you through the madness While the poison settled in
Crystal smoke behind my back
Lies stacked wall to wall
You blamed me for your sickness
While the m**h consumed it all
And every time you disappeared
You always had a story ready Another “friend,” another excuse
Another lie said so damn steady
Meanwhile I was buying drug tests
Begging the Universe to make you clean
Trying to save a man Who was never who he seemed
You said it was love
While blaming me for what you did
I was trying to save your soul
While you buried me with it
You said it was love
While lying straight into my face
I was fighting for our future
While m**h is dragging you to your grave
You cheated while you cried to me
Tattooed my name while holding another bitch
Told me I was your everything, you can't live without me
While living in your dirty world
Tell me, did any of them fill the void in you?
How many were there, did you lose count?
That’s the sickness of addiction
Nothing’s ever real
One minute love bombing me
Next minute I’m the villain in your story
You called me crazy
Projected all your dirt on me
Accused me of the s**t you did
While hiding your reality
And now I see it clearly
All those nights you couldn’t sleep
M**h running through your bloodstream
Your soul weak, the guilt and shame eating you alive
Paranoid
Talking to shadows in the dark
Selling poison from your place
Housing the street dirt While your whole damn life falls apart
You said it was love
While blaming me for what you did
I was trying to save your soul
While you buried me with it
You said it was love
While sleeping in our bed at night
Then disappearing into darkness
Chasing crystal highs and lies

Valentine’s Day can be strange when you’ve dealt with someone who needed control more than connection.
You learn not to measure the day by flowers or silence. You measure it by pattern.
Does the mood shift the moment attention isn’t on them.
Does effort feel transactional.
Does affection feel timed.
Does conflict show up right before som**hing meaningful.
You notice these things because you had to survive them.
Some people are scrolling today pretending everything is fine. Some are posting what they were told to post. Some are sitting in a house that looks calm but feels tight.
And some of you are alone this year for the first time in a long time. The quiet is uncomfortable, but it is clean. No monitoring. No guessing. No emotional temperature checks every hour.
There’s nothing glamorous about leaving that kind of dynamic. It costs you. It rewires you. It takes time to feel normal again.
But you stop negotiating your dignity.

This year didn’t break me.
It exposed things.
It exposed manipulation dressed up as love.
Control disguised as concern.
Silence forced by fear, obligation, and conditioning.
Narcissistic abuse doesn’t always leave bruises.
It leaves confusion. Self-doubt. A version of you that forgot who you were before the gaslighting started.
And still
I’m here.
Not because it was easy.
Not because I stayed calm.
But because clarity eventually beats chaos.
The new year isn’t about forgiveness.
It’s about boundaries.
It’s about trusting your nervous system again.
It’s about walking away without needing closure from someone who thrived on withholding it.
If this year taught you anything, let it be this:
You were never “too sensitive.”
You were responding to repeated psychological harm.
2026 is not about survival.
It’s about recovery, self-respect, and refusing to negotiate your reality ever again.
If you’re still standing, you’re not behind.
You’re right on time.
No more silence.
No more shrinking.
No more explaining abuse to people committed to misunderstanding it.
We’re stepping into the new year awake.

For many people, Christmas is not warmth.
It is a trigger.
It is the season where abusive dynamics are rewritten as “family harmony”.
Where survival is labeled as ingratitude.
Where silence is demanded so traditions can remain comfortable.
Abuse thrives in holidays.
Because expectations are high and truth is inconvenient.
Many learned early that speaking up ruined the mood.
That naming harm made them the problem.
That enduring quietly was the price of belonging.
So they smiled.
They minimized.
They swallowed what should never have been swallowed.
That is not resilience.
That is conditioning.
No More Silence exists because healing does not start with forgiveness.
It starts with accuracy.
With naming what happened.
With refusing to protect those who harmed us.
With understanding that keeping the peace often meant losing yourself.
This Christmas, silence is not a virtue.
Endurance is not love.
And discomfort is not disrespect.
If you are choosing distance, boundaries, or truth over tradition, you are not cold.
You are awake.
And awareness is not cruel.
It is corrective.
This season, we do not ask survivors to be quiet for the comfort of others.
We remind them that their voice was never the problem.
No more silence.
Not now.
Not ever.
