We started this journey so our children could grow strong, confident, and capable of protecting themselves. We’re not perfect. We’re not a dojo.
Along the way, karate became more than a hobby — it became our shared family language. Now, we travel Europe for seminars, train daily, study kata applications, explore Tai Chi, and build a martial path filled with purpose and connection. We’re a family walking the Budo path — step by step, kick by kick, together.

Awesome seminar with sensei Iain Abernethy in Grünwald Germany. The best part was to "create your own kata", which completely changed our minds on how to see kata/bunkai principles.
Lots of new input and a lot to practise. Looking forward to meeting Iain again next weekend in Slovenia.
Awesome to meet up with everyone in Grünwald this weekend! Kata principles, decoding kata, and pad drills. It was great fun and I’m very grateful to everyone for their enthusiasm and deep questions. A fantastic way to kick off my martial year!
