I am a multi- headed Goddess, a paradox within myself. No, I don’t have a multiple personality disorder, I am just a WOMAN.
We are told to be every day the same, day in day out, BUT, we are NOT!
So many women beat them selves up about not being consistent, not being equaniminous, emotionally in balance (whatever that might look like?), while this fluidity with our inner & outer ebb’s & flows is our greatest strength!
Which direction is your head facing today?
Do you feel strong, invincible, flirtatious, bold & adventurous?
Or do you feel inward, sensitive to noise & people, and perhaps in a battle with your inner critic?
Do you feel dreamy, innocent, playful & and refreshed?
Or do you like staying a whole day in bed, without phone, no need to talk while giving your body some deep rest?
Whatever you feel today, embrace it as this is your Wild Feminine Nature.
So many women beat themselves up about not being consistent, not being equanimous, not being emotionally in balance (whatever that might look like?), while our fluidity with inner & outer tides is our greatest strength!
The feminine paradox is the most misunderstood aspect of the feminine. Society likes us to be predictable, following the mainstream…While 1000’s of years ago, matriarchal tribes would let women be with one important question to be made for one Moon Cycle. Only after they would have looked at it from as many aspects & headspaces that their menstrual phases would offer them, and after having bled over it, the clan would make a decision based on the women's insights, visions, dreams, intuitive guidance...
The power of the feminine was seen as a Siddhi to look at life beyond the known, to look for solutions beyond the already established patterns of thinking and familiar ways of acting.
Perhaps this quality is what our world needs the most today, if we want to change the world in a better place for all of us?!

The way to HER is through ME~ So grateful for this weekends Shakti Goddess Day Retreat !!
The ancient Shakti Yogic Goddesses are not just mythologic archetypes, but real vortexes of energy who can guide us into fully embodying all aspects of the feminine. Embracing all colours and fragrances of the feminine, they can be powerful guides on our path of awakening and rising up into our true purpose.
After studying years about these Ta***ic Goddess and visiting so many Shakti peeth temples in India, it's such an honour to transmit the liberating and fierce frequencies of Kali Ma, the feminine leadership qualities of Durga Ma, the sweet path of abundance of Lakshmi and the creative rivers of Saraswati! To be in service of the Goddesses and their teachings and to be an living embodiment of them, is my greatest purpose and service.
Thank you dear Yogini's sisters for joining me and being so authentic, brave, sweet, inspiring, open, curious and making this day so deliciously nourishing to our feminine souls. I bow to all of you 6 beautiful women and the power of the Goddesses flowing through you.
Jai Shakti Ma to you my beloved SiStars!🔥❤😘

🏵Red Clover flowers: These purple flowers are a great help when you are detoxing from birth control pills. As it’s a diuretic & liver cleanser, it helps to get rid of excess fluids & toxins. Red clover is great when trying to conceive & to bring down hot flushes, mood swings, dryness during meno-pause.
🍂Ginger: This warming root ignites the digestive fire or Agni and supports in metabolizing toxins & hormones. Ginger is also a powerful remedy for cramps & stagnation during menstruation.
