Fold A Bike

Google says there are about 13 bike theft cases everyday in Paris in 2020. Due to space, and narrow old apartment stairs, most cyclists still park on the street. In a super small Japanese Ramen restaurant, I just have to put Foldie outside. Dare to park your expensive bike in exchange of a delicious Ramen? I bet Foldie wont get rejected, if it were inside the suitcase😉

It is not about saving the parking or bike rental money. You are at the luxus Versailles anyway. It is about the experience to ride for a round, and experience how it was like to be the nobles touring the garden on their beloved horse

Mirror, wine glasses, shoulder-to-shoulder relax chatting to strangers. Parisian restaurants never failed to entertain. Did I forget about the délicieux gourmet? You can almost count the number of Razorclam orders from smelling sizzling garlic! Best yet, always a corner for Foldie!

This year marks the 150th year of the first unofficial impressionism painting exhibition. Musée d’Orsay presents some 130 works from those 31 "clans of rebels". Where along the Seine you find the home of Claude Monet. I could beat the parking chaos with the bike, but at the gate decided to give way to the keen knowers to adore Claude Monet. While riding the area near by, I can see what Monet saw!

The Seine was named after Sequana, the Celtic goddess of river, an important past trade route connecting the English Channel to France inland city Dijon. The cities along are therefore rich with history to explore. Its is of course a dream to complete the whole 420km with Bike-Food-Wine-Bike. But if you were short in time. Car-Bike-Car seeing just the highlights is also très bien!
