International Yoga

Liebe Yoga-Freunde,

wir laden euch herzlich zu einer entspannenden Yoga-Stunde im Freien ein! Kommt und genießt die frische Luft und die schöne Umgebung unseres Schlossgartens.

Wann? Jeden Sonntag, ab dem 12. Mai, von 11:00 bis 12:00 Uhr (nur bei gutem Wetter)
Wo? Schlossgarten, Erlangen
Mitbringen? Eine Yogamatte und ein Handtuch

Die Teilnahme ist auf Spendenbasis, und alle sind willkommen – egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene. Wir freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam zu entspannen und Energie in der Natur aufzutanken!
