Twenty-five years after the 2001 World Rowing Junior Championships, the world’s best young rowers will return to Duisburg for the 2026 World Rowing Under-23 Championships.
From July 23 to 26, 2026, the Duisburg Rowing Course will be the venue for four days of thrilling races, with medal races taking place on Saturday and Sunday. 🇩🇪�Be part of the electrifying atmosphere as we celebrate the grand reopening of the rowing course following extensive modernization. 🚀

Unsere Regattabahn ist wirklich eine besondere Sportstätte, die nicht nur im Kanu-Sport, sondern auch im Rudern eine weltweite Bedeutung hat. Nach der U23 Europameisterschaften 2020 folgen nun im kommenden Jahr die Ruder-Wettkämpfe der Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games bevor 2026 die besten Nachwuchs-Ruderer der Welt zu den World Rowing Under 23 Championships an unserer schöne Regattabahn Duisburg kommen.
Wir freuen uns, nach dem aktuellen Umbau unser Regattahaus und den Zielturm auf der internationalen Bühne wiederzueröffnen!

The International Wedau Regatta wishes all rowing friends a relaxing festive season and a good start into the olympic year 2024!
We will recharge our batteries due to the modernization of our regatta buildings and are looking forward to our upcoming events Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games and the 2026 Rowing Under 23 Championships at our Regattabahn Duisburg!

Wir freuen uns natürlich sehr auf die Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games, allerdings nicht nur auf die sportlichen Wettkämpfe im Rudern! Im Rahmen dieser Regatta werden wir die Neueröffnung des Regattahauses (inkl. Zielturm und Tribüne) der Regattabahn Duisburg feiern - die Abrissarbeiten haben in der vergangenen Woche bereits begonnen.
