Ein rundum erfolgreiches Wettkampfwochenende liegt hinter uns. Beim diesjährigen Deutschlandshowdown_Lübeck waren wir mit insgesamt 10 Teams vertreten und haben als Crossfit Braunschweig abgeliefert.
Die harte Arbeit der letzten Monate hat sich ausgezahlt: Wir durften uns über zwei wohlverdiente Podiumsplatzierungen freuen! 🔥

Stolz auf alle unsere Athleten, die in den drei Workouts alles gegeben haben! Dankbar für die starke Community, die uns vor Ort gepusht hat.

Our Team Recap of the Coaches Congress Berlin! 🚀
What a weekend! We attended the congress this year with four coaches from our box – a great initiative to develop our team and level up together.

It was a true honor to learn directly from world-class experts like Pat Vellner, Josh Godínez, and the incredible Michelle Letendre (all from HWPO team). Meeting Michéle was a personal highlight: her vast knowledge combined with a passion and dedication that is simply contagious. She lives and breathes her job with so much heart – a truly impressive personality! 🔥

We participated in the Weightlifting Workshop with Coach from The technical details and insights we gained there were absolutely insane!

The coaches from the Gymnastics Course were also there and blew us away with their expertise in bodyweight movement.

Thanks to this massive amount of input, we now have an even better understanding of how to optimally structure and run our classes in the box. We know exactly how to implement this new knowledge – from weightlifting and gymnastics to session planning – to ensure our community gets the best possible experience.

We are super proud to be part of affiliate community.

Another Coach Fan moment! This time featuring Michéle. She handles the programming for our affiliate training, and I’m so thankful to be part of the family.
