POWERLIFTERS WANTED! 🏋️
Active powerlifters are wanted for a sports science Master’s thesis.
The study investigates possible links between training volume, active hip mobility, functional asymmetries and lower back pain.
Requirements: at least one year of powerlifting experience and a minimum of three training sessions per week. The testing takes around 25–30 minutes and involves no heavy lifts or pre-fatigue.
📅 Testing is planned for 20–24 July 2026
