You have your 200h. Now it’s time to teach.

Our 300h Advanced Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their knowledge, gain real teaching experience and grow into more confident teachers.

You’ll teach real classes at LOTOS while you train — putting what you’ve learned into practice, receiving mentorship and feedback, and building experience along the way.

For many teachers, the 300h becomes the natural next step after their 200h — bringing the two together as a 500h Yoga Alliance pathway.

The next program starts October 16, 2026.

This weekend we explored Ayurveda, traditional practices, and the principle of adapting yoga to the individual.

Between lectures, discussions, shared meals and quiet moments in the garden, learning continued long after each session had ended.

Some of the most valuable insights don’t always come from the lecture itself, but from the conversations it inspires.
