Summer time is coming to an end but we’re still enjoying the sun in the garden and of course the view on the water from our studios. ☀️🌊

You haven’t seen us in a long time? What a bummer. But good news: September is the perfect month to get back to business. For example with Olja in her 4-week choreo special, teacher training with Keeva Caoimhe Treanor and IGA YOGA or you experiment with Lau in her new signature class aerial silks lab!

Why is it so hot in here?! 🪩

Well, maybe cause our exclusive event by Hot Boys Cry brought these amazing men to our studio, right by the waterside in Mitte.

Together they discovered what it means to move freely, connected and confident in the silks and how much strength this amazing sports takes. We hope to welcome even more men and boys in this women-dominated field. 💙
