Our next Teacher Training season starts in October.
Students from all over the world can join us online or in person here in Berlin.

Next to the Full-Time Training, it's the closest frame of practice I offer: a long-term education in which the basics and advanced practices deepen year by year.

This year's season is already fully booked, without any advertising. The next opportunity to join will be in one year.

RETURN TO NATURE

Cultivating ourselves and cultivating the land around us. It is no coincidence that many Taoist practices use the terminology of farming. To cultivate ourselves can go hand in hand with taking care of what is around us. Cultivating land with natural methods is also only possible once we start to evolve ourselves and come closer to nature again.

Return to Nature is our project to bring these two things together.

Join us soon for seminars that combine practicing Gong Fu with working on our project — building a community that understands the value of these two in combination!

From the heart, I am thankful for this wonderful weekend we had.
41 degrees, sweat, smiles and hard work. I felt like home here — at the school of Rainer in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

Together with child, wife and full-time family, we visited the dojo in Mülheim. A place that was established for Karate at first, but has now also stood for quality internal martial art practices for some time already.

Rainer and Renate are dear friends and long-term students of mine, for over 6 years now. Being part of the Teacher Education and barely missing a seminar, they brought great basics to their practice. And even more important, an atmosphere of training that is both relaxed and yet very serious. I was touched by all the kind people around them who joined from the area around!

We will be back for sure. Can't wait to be there again.

ENTERING FULLTIME - What the Fulltime Program is about!

I created this video for students joining our Full-Time Program – but I thought it might be nice to share it here as well, since it gives a good overview of what our program looks like!

The Full-Time Program is a very special frame in which students have the opportunity to practice in modern days as it was done in ancient times – dedicating themselves fully to the practice of the internal martial arts, becoming students in a modern temple.

Return to Nature!

How does the practice of Wu Wei apply to the world of farming? How is the world of farming reflected in the practice of inner martial arts? How does the search for one's inner Nature connect with the search for the Nature around us?

I am excited to announce this very special upcoming project — or actually, I should call it a new area of Xuan!

For over 5 years we have been looking for the right place to make this dream a reality. And once again I learned: when you let go, it can come naturally.

The Xuan Gong Fu Academy — our full-time Academy here in Berlin — is all about education within an intensive framework, with the intention to open gates and to guide people as quickly as possible into progress, so they can take as much as possible onto their journey in a short time. It is about the challenge of finding quietness in the noise of the city, in order to build up abilities that can be applied no matter where students go.

Return to Nature will be the opposite. It will not be about fast progress, but about a lifestyle that guides students into balance over longer periods of time. Students will become part of our community, of our family, and explore together with us how self-sustainable farming and Gong Fu practice bring balance. It will be a place for special seminars, but also a place for students to stay and to make their home together with us.

It is a return home — a return back to Nature. To the inner Nature within us, and the one surrounding us.
