Our next beginners’ course begins on Sunday 19th April 2026.
This course comprises a 2hr Intro to Ashtanga workshop, followed by a structured practice week.
For anyone who has been wanting to try Ashtanga yoga but hasn’t known where to start, this will give you everything you need.
Over the 2 hour workshop we’ll provide:
- background and history into the Ashtanga practice
- gentle introduction into sun salutations and standing poses
- breathing and concentration techniques
Intro Workshop: Sunday 19 Apr (12-14h)
Progression course: 20-23 Apr (7-8h)

Shower before practice. Clean body, awakened mind.
Personally, this has always been a must. I wake up feeling icky and a warm shower is essential both to open up my body and clear the cobwebs from my eyes.
Some argue that this is an unnecessary waste of a precious resource. Yet it has so many pluses….
What do you think?
