Have you witnessed the sight of pure joy that children feel when they dance, unfazed by being watched or judged, simply allowing their bodies to move as feels most natural for them? This workshop is designed to help you rediscover that feeling inside of you.

We will work on letting go of our inhibitions and psychological constraints when we dance. We will carry out excercises to help you unleash your inner creativity and freedom of movement.
Majority of the workshop will consist of improvisation exercises, with some salsa elements too.

We are starting *Wednesday, September 9*! 🔥

Here’s a bit of info:

*What it’s about:*
we take one choreography for one song and the practice it until it sits and looks pretty. And that’s where the real growth happens because repetition is what makes you a better dancer.

*What we’ve prepared:*
a partnerwork section and two solo sections, so there’s a bit of everything. And at the end, we’ll do a video shoot together for the memories 📹

*A few things to know:*
• No prior partner needed! remember that only about half is partnerwork. But if someone comes to mind, invite them!
• You don’t need to be in every part of the video! so yes, join even if you’ll miss a few classes
• Practicing between classes will make all the difference
