I am a movement instructor and sound facilitator. I love to combine the opening practice of yoga with the strength of Pilates same as including sounds of different instruments to reach one and the same goal - connection, reflection, consciousness in all of its facets. Allowing any emotion and sensation to be there 🧚

This account is less about me as a person than my offers as a teacher and space holder.
