Join our HAGIUS Running Club every Saturday for a community run led by our coach Ricco.
Expect an easy social pace (6–7 min/km), a distance of 6–7 km and a group that keeps you moving.
Meet at HAGIUS at 9:30 AM. Run starts at 9:45 AM.
After the run, join us back at the club for post-run fuel provided by edubily / Gesundheit / Leistungsfähigkeit / Prävention.

Meet our coach, Ricco.
For Ricco, performance starts with quality movement. Drawing from his background as a professional ice hockey player, he combines mobility, strength and conditioning to help people move better, perform longer and stay injury-free.
At HAGIUS, Ricco leads Strength Circuit, Strength for Runners and our weekly Running Club. His coaching blends biomechanics, science and years of experience working with everyone from Olympic athletes to everyday movers.
